How It Works

1. Choose Your Fundraiser Date

Fundraisers are available on select dates throughout the season and are scheduled based on availability. To maximize each group's success, we typically limit fundraisers to one organization per day.

2. Invite Your Supporters

Promote your fundraiser to your school or community. When supporters purchase admission on your scheduled date and mention your organization at checkout, their qualifying purchases will be credited toward your fundraiser.

3. Earn 20% Back

Once your organization reaches $500 in qualifying sales, you'll receive 20% of all credited event sales from your fundraiser.

The more your community participates, the more your organization can earn.

Fundraiser Requirements

To qualify for a fundraising payout:

  • Your fundraiser must generate a minimum of $500 in qualifying sales.
  • Only purchases made on your scheduled fundraiser date and properly credited to your organization at checkout will count toward your total.
  • Alcohol purchases are excluded from qualifying sales.
  • Fundraiser requests must be submitted at least two weeks before your preferred event date.
  • Fundraiser dates are subject to availability.
