Private After-Hours Events are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, family reunions, fundraisers, school events, company celebrations, nonprofit gatherings and other special occasions.
Yes. Our Events Team works with you to coordinate food, entertainment, seating, venue layout and other event details to help create a celebration tailored to your needs.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own décor or work with a third-party decorator. Our team can assist with select venue setup elements, but we do not provide decorating services.
Yes. Outside entertainment is welcome. Our Events Team is happy to discuss your plans during the planning process.
Private events take place throughout the year, and during certain seasons The Berry Farm is decorated to match the time of year. While some decorations may be adjusted when possible, others remain in place for the season. Many guests incorporate our seasonal décor into their event design, and our team is happy to discuss available options during the planning process.

Yes. Alcohol can be added to your private event. Our Events Team is happy to discuss available options during the planning process.
No. Food and beverages included as part of private events are intended for on-site consumption during the event and may not be packaged or taken to-go.
