HOW MUCH CAN YOU RAISE?

Earn 20% Back.

When your supporters visit on your scheduled fundraiser date and their purchase is credited to your school or group, your organization receives 20% of qualifying admission and concession sales once the event reaches at least $500 in credited sales.

Fundraisers are available on most dates, subject to availability. We try not to schedule more than one school or group fundraiser per day.

Spread the Word

Success depends on how well you rally your community. Every supporter must mention your school or group at the time of purchase for sales to count.

For online ticket purchases, the organization will receive a designated code so eligible ticket sales can be credited to the fundraiser.

Earn 20% Back

Once your event reaches at least $500 in qualifying credited sales, your organization receives 20% of the total qualifying admission and concession sales.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

What Counts.

Fundraisers must generate at least $500 in qualifying sales to receive the 20% giveback.

Only purchases made on the organization’s scheduled fundraiser date and properly credited to the group count toward the fundraiser.

Supporters purchasing in person must mention the school or organization at checkout.

Online ticket purchasers must use the designated fundraiser code provided to the organization.

Alcohol purchases do not count toward the fundraiser total.

Applications must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested fundraiser date.

Fundraiser dates are subject to availability.

The Berry Farm generally tries not to schedule more than one school or group fundraiser per day.

Can we choose any date for our fundraiser?

Fundraisers are available most days of the year but are subject to availability. We try not to schedule more than one school or group fundraiser per day.

How much can our school or group earn?

Your organization will receive 20% of qualifying admission and concession sales once your fundraiser reaches a minimum of $500 in credited sales.

What’s the minimum to qualify for proceeds?

Fundraisers must reach $500 in qualifying sales to receive the 20% giveback.

How do supporters make sure their purchase counts?

Every supporter must mention your school or group at the time of purchase. For online ticket purchases, your organization will receive a designated code so eligible sales can be credited to your fundraiser. Without proper identification or the designated code, sales cannot be credited.

Do alcohol purchases count toward our fundraiser?

No. Alcohol purchases do not qualify toward the fundraiser sales total.

How far in advance should we apply?

Successful fundraisers depend on how well your organization promotes the event to families, friends and the community.
