COMMUNITY IMPACT
GROWING GOOD
The Berry Farm has always been about more than what happens inside our gates. As a family-owned farm, we believe being part of a community means investing in the people, schools and local businesses that help it grow.
From creating opportunities for students and young workers to supporting local organizations and the people who make Miami what it is, we're proud to grow alongside the community that has supported us.

LEARNING HAPPENS HERE
GROWING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
Since 2020, The Berry Farm has welcomed more than 1,000 field trips, giving students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and experience agriculture, animals and farm life firsthand.
Our connection to local schools extends beyond field trips. Students from IND programs at two neighboring high schools join us at the farm each week for hands-on work experience, building practical skills, confidence and independence in a real workplace environment.

OPPORTUNITY STARTS LOCAL
GET YOUR START
For many members of our team, The Berry Farm is their very first job.
We're proud to employ local teens and young adults, giving new members of the workforce a place to learn responsibility, develop real-world skills and grow alongside a team that knows everyone has to start somewhere.
GIVING BACK
SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY THAT SUPPORTS US
Throughout the year, The Berry Farm supports schools, nonprofits, youth programs and community organizations across South Florida. We also regularly work with Zoo Miami to provide food for animals in its care.
From flowers and farm experiences to annual passes, food donations and other contributions, giving back is one of the ways we stay connected to the community we’re fortunate to call home.

LOCAL SUPPORT
WHEN LOCAL THRIVES, MIAMI THRIVES.
Miami is shaped by the people who create, serve, grow, cook and build here. We believe in supporting the local businesses and people who keep our community moving, particularly the culinary, hospitality, agriculture and service industries that are such an important part of South Florida.
It's one of the reasons we create signature competitions and community events that bring local chefs, pitmasters, bakers, makers and businesses together, giving them a place to showcase what they do and giving our guests another way to discover and support local.
