One of Winter Festival's most cherished traditions begins with everyone gathering together on the white rocks for a community countdown before our 42-foot Christmas tree comes to life at 8:00 PM. Celebrate the evening with live entertainment, visits with Santa, and the official start of the holiday season.

Everything you need to know before your holiday visit.

  • Your admission includes access to Winter Festival attractions, holiday entertainment, outdoor play areas, hayrides, live music, and seasonal experiences. Select activities, including gem mining, animal feed, U-pick experiences, and specialty food and beverages, are available for an additional fee.

  • Berry Bright Winter Nights transforms the farm after sunset with hundreds of thousands of twinkling lights, festive holiday music, snowfall, complimentary popcorn, family Christmas movies on the lawn, and even more seasonal magic—all included with your Winter Festival admission.

  • Yes! Visits with Santa are included with admission during scheduled Santa appearance times. Guests are welcome to take their own photos using a phone or camera at no additional cost.

  • Our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place one night only on November 27. Gather with family and friends as we count down together before illuminating our 42-foot Christmas tree at 8:00 PM, officially welcoming the holiday season.

  • Complimentary hot cocoa and popcorn are available during Berry Bright Winter Nights. Limit to one per child.

  • Family Christmas movies begin at 6:30 PM on the turf field during Berry Bright Winter Nights. Snowfall takes place throughout the evening during Berry Bright Winter Nights. Check our calendar before your visit for nightly schedules.

  • Most guests spend 3–5 hours enjoying Winter Festival. With daytime attractions, Berry Bright Winter Nights, seasonal dining, and holiday entertainment, there's plenty to experience throughout your visit.

  • Yes. Winter Festival operates rain or shine. No refunds are issued due to weather.

  • Tickets are non-refundable. Unscanned tickets may be transferred to another available date through your online account prior to your visit.

  • Yes, parking is complimentary for all guests visiting Winter Festival.

  • Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome throughout the farm when kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet and be respectful of fellow guests.

  • Most activities are available daily, but some special events and experiences are offered on select dates. Check our calendar for details.
